Guinness Dark Chocolate Cake with Bailey’s Buttercream Icing!
We didn’t refrigerate it overnight like the recipe asked for, so the buttercream icing was VERY strong (especially with all that butter!)
However, it should taste better I hope after a day or two in the fridge once the icing hardens more and the flavours mesh together :).
